PANA Dinner at PSR Earl Lectures
Come to meet old and new friends, learn about and celebrate PANA’s programs.
We will screen the premiere of the R2W film Critical Faith, by Jill Mizokami and Lauren Quock, which depicts the lives and experiences of remarkable young people on their journey to emerge as leaders in their churches and communities. The film shows the impact of PANA's R2W model of leadership development on their consciousness and formation as they integrate their faith with all of who they are as immigrants, activists, women, lgbt and working class youth of color. What does faith, church and social change mean for this generation? How do we develop complex leaders for complex times?
Following the film, there will be time for Q&A with R2W alumni.
$12, PSR D'Autrement Dining Hall.
Come early (4:00pm) for a reception in the Bade museum honoring Fumitaka Matsuoka and Lynn Rhodes as they prepare for retirement in 2009.
